Vacuum infused E-glass with high-density foam core on all flat sections. Extra E-glass for all high loaded areas. Non skid finish on all deck walking areas with the option to upgrade to laid cork . Flush hatches on deck. All working sailing gear is set on roof making lower deck spaces free of sailing apparel for a clear, modern space to relax. 


The SQ45 has twin helm stations accessible from the cockpit area with the option to sit and steer through the roof or protected from inside with the roof closed. The electric motors   can be controlled from starboard helm.  All sheets and guys are led back to the winches situated in front and aft of the  helms. Instrument displays are   in front of each helm.


The large coach roof gives extra volume in the saloon and galley.  The large windows exaggerate this even more and show off the modem looking interior and simplistic layout which is very user friendly . It is  comfortable at anchor and at sea. A large “u” shaped saloon on starboard is supported by a large “u” shaped galley to port. The main door is divided into 4 splits giving the option to open the door completely by sliding each segment of the door into the ends of the boat . 


The “u” shaped galley creates and maximize space for cooking at sea and produces large storage capacity . This additional space allows for the options of dishwasher or other utilities that may be required . There is a  double sink with mixer tap as well as a refuse  Shute  which disposes of  food  waste without leaving the galley. All cupboards have positive locks with SS hinges.   Cupboards take standard baskets for storage. Utilities are located   amidships, cooker on port side with storage for cutlery and food.  The companionways on both port and starboard access the  cabins and heads


Each hull contains two cabins. The aft cabin that has the bunk running parallel to the center line with the electric drive motor beneath in its own sound isolated box. The forward cabin has its bunk at right angles and inboard side of each hull. Each cabin contains storage under the bed in the form of drawers or cupboards. All cabins have their own hanging locker with extra storage below. Low profile hatches for light and ventilation. LED down lights and reading lights 


There are two heads in each hull, one amidships with a large shower, sink and toilet. Each head having a full  length mirror and vanity case for storing all toiletries.  Option for electric toilet and fresh water flushing is available. Floor with slots for easy draining and cleaning. Automatic bilge pump with manual override fitted in each head. Each hull has its own black water holding tank.


The large, clean ,uncluttered cockpit has ample place to sit and relax and is completely protected on three sides. There is access on and off the boat via steps in each hull with a shower   portside.  A built in bench at the aft end of the cockpit with dingy davits is hidden from view when not used.
